ACAPULCO, Gro., June 27, 2023.- The former municipal Public Security Secretary Maximiliano Serrano Pérez was arrested and is being held in the prison of this port, sources revealed to Quadratín Guerrero.
The Navy lieutenant commander was reportedly arrested in Mexico City, in the case of the disappearance of Óscar Manuel González Andrade and Victoriano Rodríguez Zurita, two sailors assigned by Serrano as bodyguards for the Senator from Morena, José Narró Céspedes, in March 2022.
