President Andrés Manuel López Obrador met with Evelyn Salgado Pineda, governor-elect of Guerrero.
During his tour of the state of Guerrero, the president stressed that without the participation of the people of Guerrero, the history of Mexico could not be written.

I met with Evelyn Salgado Pineda, governor-elect of Guerrero. We reaffirm the commitment to support the people of this historic state of the Republic. Without the participation of the people of Guerrero, the history of Mexico could not be written.
President Andrés Manuel López Obrador also led the ceremony for the 149th anniversary of Benito Juárez from Acapulco.
López Obrador has expressed that the Guelatao native is an inspiration for the 4T.
