ACAPULCO, Gro., June 18, 2023.- The State Secretary of Tourism (SECTUR) reported that hotel occupancy in the entity woke up with 77.1 points.
The figure showed a recovery of 9.8 points compared to Saturday, when there were 67.3 occupied hotel rooms this weekend.
For the port, 79.5 percent occupancy was reported on average, of which 87.7 points correspond to the Golden zone, 69.5 for the Traditional zone and 66.4 for the Diamond zone.
Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo obtained 72.3 points on average and individually 79.5 points are for Ixtapa and 40.4 for Zihuatanejo.
The magical town of Taxco changed from 35.8 to 76.7 percent capacity this Sunday.
Timeshare occupancy averaged 63.4 points for Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and 35.7 percent for the port.
In the condominium segment, the port had 26.7 percent on average for the Golden zone and 22.3 points in the Diamond zone.
