ACAPULCO, Gro., July 9, 2023.- The Secretary of Tourism (Sectur) of Guerrero reported that hotel occupancy in the entity registered 70.1 points this second Sunday of the month.
The figure showed a recovery of five points compared to Saturday, when there were 65.1 occupied hotel rooms out of 100 free.
For this port, this weekend an average of 70.4 percent was reported, of which 82.5 points correspond to the Golden zone, 61.4 to the Traditional zone and 49.2 to the Diamond zone.
The duo formed by Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo obtained 69.3 points on average, and individually 76.4 points are for Ixtapa and 34.3 for Zihuatanejo.
The magical town of Taxco reported double occupancy compared to last weekend, going from 38 to 71.8 percent capacity.
Timeshare occupancy averaged 69.7 points in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and 44 percent in this port.
In the condominium segment, this port reached 30 percent on average for Diamante and 24 points for the Golden zone.
