On the last Saturday of July, hotel occupancy in the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo tourist binomial reached a stay of 43.8 percent, surpassing the stay of the port of Acapulco, which registered 42 percent.

Acapulco in its tourist areas such as Diamante registered 41.9 percent; Gold 44.3 percent; and Nautical 27.9 percent. Acapulco in its condominium zone in the Diamante area reached 37 and Dorada 30 percentage points.

The colonial city of Taxco Alarcón had a small increase in its hotel occupancy of 33 percent.

While in timeshares the average occupancy in Acapulco was 28, and for Zihuatanejo 31 percent.
